Credit Card Preauthorization for Your Upcoming Coaching Session

As we cannot predict the exact duration of every dementia training or coaching sessions, we have preset $125 as the session cost. Upon completion of your session, the preset $125 price will be adjusted up or down accordingly (if need be) and we will email you a final notice with the actual duration and cost of your session and any other costs incurred prior to payment processing.

Proceed through the checkout process and enter your billing and credit card details. Your credit card will not be charged until your Coaching Session is complete and we know the actual amount.

By clicking the link below you will be transferred to PayPal’s secure server, where you can enter your credit card details for post-session payment.

As a reminder, our fees are as follows:

• Initial consultation (via telephone or on-site) is billed at $125 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Additional time beyond the minimum is billed on a per minute basis.
• Follow-up coaching sessions are billed on a per-minute basis with no minimum.
• Roundtrip travel expenses for on-site coaching/training are billed at $30/hour for travel time and mileage reimbursement is billed at $0.57/mile. Tolls, parking, and any other costs are billed as incurred.
